Krzysztof did a great job fitting 2 showers, decorating ensuite, changing all the taps and 2 showers, and doing a number of small fixes and improvements in the flat. I appreciate his clear and detailed communication on job needed, options provided, and consulting on fittings and materials. He finished the job with high quality and with just a small delay despite of a good amount of obstacles (we did painting in parallel). Would definitely recommend Chris's services!
I qualified as a plumber in 1999 and have been running a small family business ever since. Timekeeping is also something we pride ourselves on so no more waiting all day for a plumber, 95% of 1 hour time slots are kept and if you have an emergency we can be to you within in the hour. No call out charge on top of labour charges for work completed. A fee will be charged for diagnosing leaks and blockages that aren't initially visible and you decide not to go ahead with the work. A fee will also be charged for quotes, refunded off the total price once you go ahead with the work. If you go forward with a different tradesman it becomes non-refundable

The job started as refurbishing a kitchen extension. Nik and his guys worked quickly and paid attention to detail. Nik came up with the best possible layout given the space. I liked the way he worked so he ended up refurbishing the whole house. He made use of the materials and fixed things that needed fixing as he went along all within the quoted price. Charlie, agreed a price and was scheduled for Wednesday. He called on the day and rescheduled for Friday, due to feeling unwell. He then called on Thursday and we agreed for him to attend at 1pm. He cam then began renegotiating, which was a surprise as he had all information before arriving. He then agreed to honour agreed price and rescheduled for Tuesday. He never arrived, called or answered my call. I would not recommend Charlie or this company.
