I thought the job had been completed satisfactorily so I paid for the work in full. It then became apparent that problems existed. Scot did not dispute the issues and agreed to return to resolve them. There then followed 9 separate dates when we agreed for the work to be done. Scot failed to turn up for any of the dates. A variety of excuses were given for some, others he just didn't arrive. Despite giving 7 working days to return the money paid this has also been ignored. Be warned!

Mo did an amazing job unblocking my drains. The work involved changing all the pipe work including the outside pipes whilst there was torrential rain. He was professional and possessed expert knowledge about all sorts of household jobs. You can hunt around for plumbers and be endlessly disappointed. At last I found Conor and his apprentice who were responsive, clear, helpful, straightforward, courteous and did the job with minimum time and fuss. I hope to use them again!
I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.
