Wow. Super quick to respond and was round to see the problem as soon as I was available. I was expecting to have to buy a new tap and pay for labour but James fixed my existing tap problems as well as also looking at a separate issue. All for no charge at all. They contacted me really quickly which was fantastic in my urgent plumbing issue. However, the second contract that came round was a little disappointed with. Whilst the primary issue was fixed there was a new second issue that came about. He came a second time to sort but then wanted to further charge an emergency fee. I appreciate it was a weekend but something didn’t sit right. I called a completely different plumber who I trusted before and he said that the wrong part was used which meant it wasnt safe.
