Excellent! Alex was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Despite numerous unforeseen problems with our bathroom, he did an amazing job and we love it. He went above and beyond to make sure that everything we asked for was done as we kept asking for more! He came up with some good ideas and even gave us help and advice on other jobs. James is a true craftsman. He is hardworking, punctual, reliable, trustworthy and a great guy. James has a vast knowledge and the ability to carry out all various types of work asked of him.
