He was able to source the necessary parts and completed the repair on the Sunday morning although was willing to do this earlier. The boiler has been running very smoothly ever since. Do not use these people. Absolutely regret calling Manny. Took hours doing a very simple task. Kept going out to supposedly get tools or supplies and not returning for ages. Didn't give any explanation. Overcharged us a horrendous amount. Originally said £80-£90 then asked for £210. He then accepted £150. Absolutely disgraceful. Pretending that the job is difficult and taking long on purpose. This was a job for my in-laws. Shamelessly taking advantage of elderly people.
