Bejay Shakespeare took £420 for a bathroom leak repair he falsely claimed was complete. That same night the leak worsened, flooding my kitchen. He repeatedly promised to return, then failed to show and ignored all calls and messages. He left the bathroom filthy, stained carpets, and made the problem worse than before. This was disgraceful, dishonest, and completely unprofessional. Avoid at all costs – I am demanding a full refund and compensation for the damage he caused.
Dan did a fantastic job fitting our Ikea kitchen worktops. He was very friendly, his work was excellent and his quote was very reasonable indeed. We would highly recommend him and would happily get him to do work for us again.

Within just a couple of days of posting the request for help, George had sealed off the gas supply (and also helpfully disconnected the fire itself) all for a reasonable price.
