I wouldn’t class tightening a screw or nut as a repair for a stopcock that repeatedly leaks after tightening so will leak again. Also have the threatening messages, so you knew visiting the tenants was to harass and intimidate. Review is based on demeanour and attitude, and hopefully helps other landlords or managers whose processes might take a few days to process payment. I appreciate his clear and detailed communication on job needed, options provided, and consulting on fittings and materials. We had them in to install insulation in our upstairs floor, replace the sub floor, replace some lights, install a loft hatch, and board out our loft. On top of this they discovered a problem in our roof that they fixed. We were incredibly impressed by all of the staff that attended on site.
