Arrived within 30 mins and quoted, he didn’t have the correct part and had to go and get one for us, it was discontinued, but he returned with a solution and fixed the toilet making it a duel flush! Careful consideration was given to minimising the aesthetic impact of the work by routing the piping in the most discreet manner through the house.
