Initially gave good rating as please with communication prior to work being completed and also very tidy. Cooker turned on before leaving house (light & clock on) but never tested to see if it actually worked. Few days later when using cooker it tripped fuse box. Arranged date twice to resolve issue but never arrived , no communication to say needed to cancel, only gave reason when I chased. Still no functioning cooker & out of pocket as paid when he first attended.

Very quick response to my initial post although identifying the probable source of the leak took some time. After I accepted their quotation for remediation there was quite a wait for the bathroom team to become available. When work started the team were knowledgeable, explaining the various issues that they encountered and offering sensible solutions. We had this work undertaken 6 months ago. We have since had work undertaken by 2 other electricians in the house. Both electricians said the work undertaken by Mirek was both illegal and dangerous. We said we did not require a part P certificate to be issued as we didn't intend to move but expected the work to at least be of that quality. Work has had to be completely re-done. Very disappointed.
