AVOID! Mr Art 13 (father&son) ABANDONED our 7-room project. Started 2 beds and a wetroom that now needs redone. After 10 weeks and 50% of the quote PAID, no room was left usable. Bad job for me because he recommended for me to replace washing machine, but it turned out the dishwasher was leaking and the washing machine is 100% fine. Poor communication on billing also had including a surprise charge for 2 electrician's which I didn't like. And I could have sold a good washing machine and kept a faulty dishwasher if I trusted his advice.
