Chris and his team were exceptional. The attention to detail, standard of tiling and finish achieved was absolutely first class. Communication with Chris throughout the entire job was brilliant a faultless service in my opinion. Both Chris and Mike were so helpful and friendly from start to finish and made the process so much easier and stress free. If your looking for a high spec finish at a reasonable price then give them a ring and you will not be disappointed.

James was very reliable, staying in touch before the job was done which helped my confidence. He quoted on exactly what we asked for. He turned up as promised. When he was able to look into the work in detail and it turned out not all of the work was required, he kept me informed and lowered the quoted price accordingly. I would recommend James to anyone.

First time I have used rated people website and had just 1 reply. Apple Carpentry though have been great. We needed to have 2 large windows in a 1930s house replaced but didn't want to have UPVC. Communication from the Company was excellent and the finished product is outstanding. We would definitely recommend them to anybody wishing to have a high quality joinery project completed. Our windows look amazing and are exact copy of the old frames and they also managed to use the original lead glass.

The only one of six P&D`s to turn up after saying they would do the job for us.( P&B Maintenance were the only Rated People tradesmen who answered our advert and we were not disappointed). They gave me a quote which we felt was acceptable and agreed a start date. Elliot and Charlie came on the day agreed and got on with the job in hand. They worked well during the day and finished the painting job for us. well done. ps. They did not need to have a radio blaring away like some, this was appreciated.

We had water damage to our bedroom ceiling and down stairs wall. Kyle came out and sorted the problem. From start to finish Kyle was absolutely incredible nothing was too much trouble he offered friendly advice and gave an explanation as to everything he did. I can’t recommend him enough the work he has done is top notch.

We were really happy with the work Shane carried out for us. He stuck to the quote and time the work would cost and take. He arrived on time (even earlier than the time he said he would be with us which was a bonus)! Ethan was a pleasure to deal with. Arrived on time to inspect my roof and provide a quote there and then. Took time to explain what work would be required. He was able to fit me in before his holiday by kindly offering to work on a Sunday. The work was completed to a high standard and also carried out some remedial pointing that I had not yet been able to sort myself. Ethan was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Apex plastered over two ceilings and multiple sites which had previously had spotlights inserted. They have done an excellent job and cleaned up satisfactorily. Communication has been excellent.
