We have over 7 years of experience in the CCTV business and our installing staff are all full-time professionals. OUR QUOTED PRICES FOR CCTV & ALARMS ARE ALL FOR "SUPPLY & FIT" PROJECTS and come with a MINIMUM 12-month guarantee. Booked for next day, 12-6 Tuesday. Technician didn't turn up, phoned to say it would be Wednesday. Wednesday phoned to say it would be Thursday. Turned up Thursday, did half the job then said was done, without doing the EICR. Phoned the office, said they didn't have the testing equipment to the EICR, so would be Friday, Didn't turn up Friday, called by manager at 5pm to say sorry but his task list was three days long and so could he get it rescheduled for Monday. So I wasted two half days.
