Great communication from first minute. Took time to understand the situation (even if I didn't!) and gave me sound advice as to what was required. Turned up as agreed and completed the job, even doing a bit more than he had to so that i could get on. I gave him a wee challenge with drilling into tiles i didn't know were there, but Paul was decent and didn't complain. Just means I now know what's required when I change the bathroom next year... Recommended and will definitely utilise his services again.

Cannot recommend highly enough, Paul and his team transformed our back garden to a lovely stone paved area with a section levelled for rubber matting for our toddlers play area. His work is to a very high standard and he was very professional. When we get more work done in the future we won't hesitate to contact him again.

The job was carried out in a highly professional manner from start to finish - from the first visit, to the very reasonable estimate speedily delivered, through to completion on the agreed date. A fantastic job, Michael fitted my alarm system perfectly at a great price in fact I also got him to fit a fully recordable cctv system as I was so pleased with his work. The job was a complete en-suite shower room renovation. The existing fixtures and fittings were removed and a complete new suite installed. This requires alterations to one of the walls to increase the size of the room, and plasterwork in the en-suite and adjoining room. The wall and floor were completely tiled and new lighting, shower, basin and WC were fitted. The reason that Wayne got the job was that he appeared very professional from the outset. He arrived right on time, was knowledgeable, willing to provide ideas and provided a detailed written quote and work schedule. He allowed me the option of choosing my own materials, which he would then purchase for me to save me any hassle. He dealt with the suppliers and took delivery of the goods. One other confidence booster is the fact that he didn't take a penny until the job was complete and I was completely satisfied. Once the job began, minor changes to the specification weren't a problem. Wayne accepted changes, and provided verbal cost updates if the change had a cost impact. I would have to say that he is more than fair in terms of the additional cost of his labour and didn't take a mark-up on materials. Throughout the job he was very punctual, and his work ethic was exceptional. He obviously takes great pride in what he does, and it shows in the finished product. I would certainly recommend Wayne.

This review is a bit belated, Danny fitted a couple of radiators and a new fusebox. He was punctual and very friendly. We were very happy with the work done by him. He tidied up after himself also. We have since had Danny back to fit new light fittings for us. Once again great customer service and the lights look fantastic. Basically we have found our go to electrian. I would have no reservations about recommending EPM 24 Electrical.
