We contacted several tilers to provide quotes for what was quite a substantial job. Paul from the very first conversation showed himself to be very knoweldgeable about the process for our need including floor preparation, materials to use and correct deployment of expansion joints. He began the job without delay, continued through to the end and provided a first class professional service going the extra mile to ensure finer detailing was spot-on and passed on trade savings to us. Dean and Liam attended early Tuesday morning and sorted out the problem which was the motorised valve. They also checked all the wiring and fitted a new wiring control box. Very pleased.

Despite having worked on very large projects Melvin was willing to undertake a small job like ours. He was very quick to give us a visit for a quote and willing to get the job done within a reasonable time. Very clean and tidy work. Also a very pleasant and polite man. David was excellent. Communication superb, always replied to emails and texts very promptly. Excellent tiling. Flexible, accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Although he was scheduled to finish as planned at the end of the week and would have done had the taps I ordered had come on time, he came back as soon as the taps were the delivered the following week. Two bathrooms and downstairs loo done and we will be asking David to come back to do our two other bathrooms.

BTS building is a lovely father and Son operation. They are hard working and keep you updated with plans, progress and working times etc. The quality of the build is very good and they are happy to offer ideas for slight changes to improve the usability of the space.

Ciprian is an honest, hard-working guy who booked us in very promptly for an air-conditioner install - he explained the work that would be required, which also included some above-and-beyond fixes to existing wiring for which he added a very reasonable amount to an already highly competitive quote. We are happy to recommend Ciprian for any electrical work. Thanks again for getting the garden room air-conditioning installed… it’s a life saver!
