I spoke to dozens of builders and had given up trying to find someone decent to do a full extension at a reasonable price, so I put an ad on here instead just for the key structural jobs. Pete came round and his knowledge, advice and very reasonable price for those elements resulted in me giving him all the work for the extension build and I'm very glad I did because he did an amazing job (thanks Pete!)
We hired SJC Contracts to build and install a staircase to service three floors. Right from the off, Simon was fantastic. I had an old MCB consumer unit changed to a modern RCBO one. The install was reasonably priced and very neat and I had no significant issues. He turned up on time, and cleaned up after himself. Would recommend and definitely plan to use again in the future!
