Work carried out the following week over 2 days as agreed, as I live an hour away from property Stewart provided photo updates after day 1 which was really useful. The work didn't go ahead as there was some dispute on liability of the cost of the repairs between the buyer and the seller. I just got a quote from the trade person. Alistair is very reliable person and I will be very happy to contact him for any future electrical repairs. thanks
