He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. Explained the job and took pictures to show what further work needed to be done. returned to site the following day to complete the job and carry out a deep clean of the air conditioning units (this although originally unplanned was definitely needed i have asked for a quote for additional units for the site
