He asked for cash and I said I preferred bank transfer. He started showing me messages on his phone from people who had paid cash in advance. Excellent service from start to finish. Initially came out to quote for an over-running toilet and fixed the issue. When a non-related leak appeared into the downstairs flat, he returned quickly the next day and resolved with a short term fix whilst waiting for parts.
