I used AGL to decorate my 5 bedroom house in W12 in April 2014. The standard of the work was excellent. They are experienced and were able to come up with practical solutions to issues that arose. They were able to carry out addition electrical and plumbing work. Their quote was competitive and transparent. They repsonded promptly to calls and emails. This guy disappears on you - goes completely off-line for months. He removed parts from a functioning shower mixer with the promise to return with a new cartridge, and has disappeared. We now need to replace the cartridge at an additional cost of +£200. Over a month with no response to calls, messages. Maybe this might prompt as reply - but I doubt it.

Very poor service, job still not completed. Simple job of testing, performed in begining of March, numerous calls/texts sent, certificates never arrived. Excuses included like “certificates are ready, just need to email”, “computer got virus”, “in hospital” etc. How long does it take for prepared certificates to be sent? Definitely not over a month. Very disappointed.
