We carry out all works from minor repairs to a full conversion or refurb. We are also NICEIC trained contractors providing domestic electrical repairs and renewals or full rewires. We are also trained and experienced in converting existing properties to HMO specifications with extensive working knowledge and in-depth understanding of current regulations. We have a good working knowledge of the LACoRs guide to fire safety in domestic rental property and carry out these works for both Social housing clients, estate agents and domestic landlords. Qualified construction tutor in Painting & Decorating and I cover interior and exterior work. Projects I’ve worked on are shopping malls, football stadiums, celebrity houses, social housing. Feedback on my builder site is 100% see photos on there, Facebook & Instagram. Also spraying of kitchen and furniture services offered Spray Plastering service benefits are: creates no mess, dries white, dries within 1-2 days then can be painted, it can be sanded, it likes heat so no need to turn heating off, a lot faster process than the other type of plaster.
