Liam is brilliant, and I can’t fault his work. Liams quote for the damp proofing was very competitive, but his professionalism and approach to the problem won him the job. Since then we have used him for three other plastering jobs in the house and just booked him for a fourth. He has been so accommodating to our requests and has worked within our schedule even working over weekends and fitting us in where he could. Shocking work. We paid £3,400 for a brand new bathroom with new flooring throughout the home and this builder James Baker who runs under various business names from J W to The Dark Spark electrical in Spalding has destroyed the bathroom and his so called friends have placed a worthless and extremely shoddy bad job. A 5 year old could do better. We are now taking legal action after a flooding, no work for 2 weeks and wall panels that are such a bad job we have to get a new bathroom fitted.

Arrived 3 hours later than expected then disappeared for half an hour as he hadn’t brought enough plaster. Both ceilings look good but oh what a mess! Borrowed a sheet to put over large units but covered the carpet with it instead.
