Although personable, he did an appalling job and left the poor lady with raw sewage leaking and a dreadful smell. She was very distressed for months and it cost over £1800 to put the work right. He has since stopped answering his phone and does not respond to any communication.

Contractors made arrangements to call, arrived on time, they seemed very nice & efficient; however we did not receive a quote as promised, when I queried it; he apologized saying he thought he had emailed me to say it would be late as he had broken his collarbone. He explained his workplan, covered the floors and windows, removed fixtures such as radiators and a fireplace surround, protected the electrics and cleaned up afterwards. We have no hesitation in highly recommending him. In fact, we have asked him to return to replaster the hall, stairs and landing.
