Contractors made arrangements to call, arrived on time, they seemed very nice & efficient; however we did not receive a quote as promised, when I queried it; he apologized saying he thought he had emailed me to say it would be late as he had broken his collarbone. Dom came round to quote very promptly, then was able to fit in the work around our availability. He turned up a little later than he wanted in the morning as he needed to finish off a previous job but constantly kept me informed. He put in a long day to ensure he finish the job in 1 day. He prepared the area well, lots of prep to protect the carpets and his work area. Overall an extremely polite capable tradesman, a pleasure to work with. His work is excellent, we're very pleased with the outcome.
