James replied relatively swiftly. After assessing the job, James was able to start at a mutually convenient date. We were concerned that we'd have a potential issue in matching our mortar colour-shade but James put our minds at rest and surpassed our expectations. We've since called him back to do another job for us, which he did exceptionally well too. We'd have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending him. griffin builders were flexible as the job went along. We made changes as we went along and he was absolutely fine with that. I have always seen him calm and willing to give advise and go out of his way to get us samples, etc. Never was he ever flustered and always in a good mood. He was always calm and approachable . Very good attitude and did an excellent job with no cutting corners. He had pride in his work and maintained high standards throughout. His knowledge of hard landscaping is second to none.

We used Benny's Building Services to replace a garden tap and HP ball valve in the loft water tank. The work was carried out to a high standard and very promptly at a fair price. Very polite and helpful tradesman. No job is too small. We would most certainly use this firm again in future.

Lovely lads, very cheerful and hardworking. My garden was a jungle - totally overgrown with weeds and lots of rubbish. They did mowing, massive weeding, cut down dead shrubs, jet-washed the patio and came back for a second day to finish up and took away tons of rubbish that the council wouldn't even take (old petrol lawnmower)! Highly recommended.

Excellent work completed by Pin construction, communication was excellent throughout the paving and pergola work carried out. I have a wonderful garden thanks to Emile and his team. Everything was completed to a very high standard. Would highly recommend Pun Construction.

Had a quote for roof repair which included for 1 missing tile, re fitting existing tiles, repairing flashing and gutter cleaning did not accept quote. On advice from another roofer just had the one missing tile replaced since there was no evidence of any leaks inside the loft or 2nd floor ceilings.
