After initial assessment I was told it was a two man job who duly arrived in a couple of days with a jetting machine to clear the limescale. They worked very hard to jet the blockage one in the bathroom one outside at the manhole with the jetter. When they were satisfied the soilpipe was clear they inserted a camera so we could all see the there was now no obstruction. They were pleasant and informed me what was happening all the time, I would recommend them to others.

When the team arrived to remove them we found that the trunks were much bigger than previously thought with roots growing under the paving stones. Haydn's team put a huge amount of effort into getting the job done and removed all the debris and garden rubbish that I had asked them to take. Quiet unassuming craftsman, totally reliable, turned up when he said he would and did a very good job. We asked him to install new toilet and basin in our cloakroom and to re- tile, he did a very good job and overcome problems as they arose without any drama. Also very good value. Gzim installed a gate for which he had not provided a receipt. Also the gate is out of alignment as he had not secured the posts. A bad job which needs to be corrected. I have tried to call Gjim but he is not responding to my calls.

Happy with the various plumbing tasks complete, and then a kitchen fit. Approachable/ nice to work with. When I had to change the timings a couple of times to fit in with other tradesmen, they were understanding and adaptable. And when I had ad hoc tasks, including one in a different property, they were quick to respond.
Did an excellent job of rendering the raised plant beds - even though it took slightly longer than anticipated due to weather conditions I was kept informed and the work came in as per budget. Would highly recommend for similiar work.
