They set a date to come and quote the job but never turned up. After getting in touch with them again and rearranged stayed in all day waiting but still never turned up. They now don’t respond to my text messages, was very disappointed still have the gutter problem

New sink & WC fitted in downstairs cloakroom, radiator moved as well as wall & floor tiling. Minor issue sorted promptly & without fuss. Very pleased, I would not hesitate to use Dave again.

Excellent workmanship and really pleased with the end product. Worked through Xmas and NY so was always going to be a bit mixed with weather but Nigel powered on through and did lots of running around for materials too. Will use again, thank you!

Brilliant lads, they got my sills back to original stone and they look amazing. Did a really good job even did a few little clean ups for me whilst they was up the ladder. Nothing was too much. Highly recommend. Thankyou lads

Proper nice people. Two turned up for the job which 2 people were needed for. I loved the way they got on together. Singing , laughing and joking. Exactly how it should be. Did a great job. Professional and respectful. If any other jobs need doing I wouldn't hesitate to hire these guys.

I would not hesitate to recommend S & L Property Services (Leeds) Ltd. Luke and Jamie fitted my kitchen within the expected time, as quoted and did a fantastic job. They went over and above to sort out my design and the delivery when my supplier messed up!; showed great attention to detail and finish; were very clean and tidy; and even started early & finished late get the kitchen finished on time. After getting quotes, we didn't continue with the job as we couldn't decide on the style of drive we wanted, so Shaun only got to quote. I cannot comment, obviously on the work, but he seemed a nice guy and quoted quickly. Also followed up on the call. Would definitely use for further quotes if we are doing similar work.

We were really pleased with the work Joe did for us. His price was very reasonable but it is his reliability that really sets Joe apart from other tradesman. If Joe says he will call you then he calls. If he says he will be with you on a particular day then he is there. We would not hesitate to recommend Joe to friends and family.

Luke and his team were fantastic. The quote was reasonable, they arrived on time and completed the work within the agreed timeframe, even staying late into the evening and working by torchlight to get the job done. The garden looks great and we are very happy with the standard of work, as well as how tidy everything was left afterwards.

Joe and his team did an excellent job from start to finish on my garage conversion. He is flexible in his approach to work and always willing to keep his customers happy by doing extras where needed.
