After initial assessment I was told it was a two man job who duly arrived in a couple of days with a jetting machine to clear the limescale. They worked very hard to jet the blockage one in the bathroom one outside at the manhole with the jetter. When they were satisfied the soilpipe was clear they inserted a camera so we could all see the there was now no obstruction. They were pleasant and informed me what was happening all the time, I would recommend them to others.

This firm sub contracted out the work to a local plumber/carpenter who I found difficult to contact. I needed a new shower as he said he couldn`t repair it. I selected the cheapest one as I am upgrading my bathroom later this year. He couldn`t get it straight away so I selected a dearer one which he fitted. He then told me he was going away the next day. If I hadn`t selected the dearer one I would still be waiting! There is some moisture leaking but I really don`t want him again so I`ll wait and see.

Andrew had good communication skills and explained the job and what it involved. He was able to problem solve throughout and rethink of alternative solutions as things didn't go to plan. We cannot rate Bailey of Taylor'd Landscaping highly enough. Our large eucalyptus tree had fallen onto our neighbours' garden during Storm Darragh. Bailey turned up on the Sunday to remove what had gone into our neighbours' garden, and then back on Tuesday to finish removing the tree and another diseased tree. Thoroughly professional, fair price and we would recommend this company unreservedly. He also cemented in replacement coping stones for our neighbours' wall at no extra charge. Five star service.
