Very pleased with service leading up to the job. I was pleased that Daniel offerred to start the job early even though it was a Sunday evening. The work was completed ahead of schedule, to a good standard, so much so that we asked for an extra room to be decorated. Both jobs completed to timescales, ensuring the refurbishment of our fitness facility was able to proceed without any delays at all. Will definitely use again. Paints & Ladders with DDE Construction was hired to do a garage conversion. I chose them as they were the only company that offered an end to end service (i.e. design, council application, build,and paint) as I am extremely busy. They excelled in client relationship, as they took me through all the stages of the development their design really focused on what was important to my family. I would really recommend them as they take pride in their work and always conduct themselves in a professional manner.

Ethan was a pleasure to deal with. Arrived on time to inspect my roof and provide a quote there and then. Took time to explain what work would be required. He was able to fit me in before his holiday by kindly offering to work on a Sunday. The work was completed to a high standard and also carried out some remedial pointing that I had not yet been able to sort myself. Ethan was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The whole process was handled very professionally from the initial quote to the rendering repair and paint job. The two workers were courteous and just got on with it, working diligently. I am very pleased with the result and would definitely hire this company again.

He wasn't here but left untrained 'girls' to do painting. Then had nerve to say I'd got paint on my own doors? Great.... I'm in a wheelchair and doors hadn't been hung when the job was done previously. Also had the nerve to bad mouth me on this site. Not at all professional and I'd niether use or recommend such an awful person. How he's on this site I don't know!

Really pleased that I found Adrian through this site - he was superb! The job he undertook was a complete refresh of a three bedroom rental property which had been vacated after a period of ten years. Adrian spent a couple of weeks freshening up all parts of the house with a coat or three of magnolia. As a landlord who lives nowhere near the property, Adrian was given a set of keys and was extremely trustworthy and provided excellent communication via Whatsapp throughout the job ?? Good guy!

I would highly recommend JLA Painting & Decorator they went the extra mile. They were very thorough their preparation was excellent and when they had finished WOW I thought I was in a different house. They were very polite throughout and very tidy and the whole experience was stress free I didn’t know they were there half the time and also were very reliable it’s hard to find tradesmen like this. I would not hesitate to recommend them I can assure you you will not be sorry

Would recommend MM Property maintenance as they did a great job of painting my newly installed panelling. They came on time, covered everywhere, didn’t stop working and made sure everything was perfect even filling and sanding panelling before painting and finally clearing up so there was no cleaning left for me. I will definitely use them again

So pleased with the quality of work. Rhys did a great job on putting together my self assembly cat house. His work is of a high standard and he has a excellent work ethic.
