AVOID! Mr Art 13 (father&son) ABANDONED our 7-room project. Started 2 beds and a wetroom that now needs redone. After 10 weeks and 50% of the quote PAID, no room was left usable. He put every effort into driving a long way to assess our water leak. He even inspected everywhere & had a long ladder to climb the 3 stories to the roof to evaluate all sources of the leak.
