A guy called Michael showed up, gave it all the large talk about what he would do. Gave him an address for another project also out of goodwill so he didn’t have to buy another lead. Promised to get back to me despite promising me he would return that week to do the work. Instead just ignored every phone call and message. He kept mentioning about wanting to do it in the evening…. I engaged Ronaldo and his family to decorate the landing, stairs and downstairs rooms of my terraced house. He is a very personable chap who seems eager to please. The re-plastering and wallpapering were done to a high standard and look great. Sadly, the painting was not as good: minimal sanding and filling left previous surface defects apparent even though paint was applied thickly in an effort to cover them up. There was a problem with the paint drying, remaining wet for several days.

Very accommodating when I had to push back the start date by a few weeks .
