Once they started the work, Owen and his team were superb. Really personable, professional and tidied up as they finished work each day. Owen kept me in the loop and turned up as planned. Zamir called me after looking at my ad and photos and gave me a quote which I agreed on. We arranged the day. I booked a day off work. On the day I messaged him mid morning asking what time he was arriving: no reply. He did not turn up at all or even let me know that he wasn't coming. He completely wasted my time
