Mr Kalisiak and his colleague met all our expectations of a courteous, honest and reliable skilled tradespersons, carrying out our external painting job to a high quality and efficiently - they also managed to fit in an extra internal painting job. Ray did an exceptional job decorating several rooms in our grade 2 listed property. Each room required fairly extensive preparation which he undertook meticulously over a period of time. This was followed by the use of oil based undercoat and oil based satin paint for the woodwork which is the preferred option for a more durable effect on woodwork. The end result was first class and undertaken at a highly competitive rate. I will be using Ray again and I am confident that future clients will be delighted
