Hired John to remove excess carpet,underlay and laminate waste. Fair price, punctual, nice and tidy work. Would love to get him back for any building maintenance work in future.

Not just a builder/joiner but a good project manager and a genuine nice guy. James knocked down our wall between our kitchen and dining room and then fitted our new kitchen with new floor. The job was of high quality and was done within the time frame set out. James sorted out the plumber and plasterers and if there was an issue with one of my tradesmen (electrician) James was always on hand to provide advice and a solution to the problem. Great set of lads and will use again in the future if needed!

We’re disappointed with the job. You quoted £250 after seeing the old gate, but key issues like post replacement weren’t properly addressed. You included removal/disposal in the price, but we kept the gate — yet the cost stayed the same. The new gate quickly began leaning and won’t lock. Despite follow-ups, you didn’t respond. We paid in full, expecting quality and professionalism, but were let down. We're not seeking a fix now, just sharing our experience for others’ awareness.

Chris did a fantastic job of replacing my old fence panels with new one's, price was very fair, it wasn't a straight forward job and he didn't stop until it was perfect, kept me informed every step of the way, cleaned everything up and took away all the old fencing panels, would highly recommend Chris and would not hesitate to use him again for any future work

Graham and Dave have completed my job in full and to a really high standard. The quote given was competitive and no unforeseen extras added. They left the work area clean and tidy. I would recommend Cheslett Property Maintenance and I will hopefully be using them soon to complete my project.

Good time keeping and very hard working. Everyday a clean up was carried out at the end of work. I was kept up to date with any promlems that were unforseen. When I was first contacted and the job inspected photographs were shown to me of the problems and what the solutions were and materials to be use. The finished job looks good and well done. Proper nice people. Two turned up for the job which 2 people were needed for. I loved the way they got on together. Singing , laughing and joking. Exactly how it should be. Did a great job. Professional and respectful. If any other jobs need doing I wouldn't hesitate to hire these guys.

I would not hesitate to recommend S & L Property Services (Leeds) Ltd. Luke and Jamie fitted my kitchen within the expected time, as quoted and did a fantastic job. They went over and above to sort out my design and the delivery when my supplier messed up!; showed great attention to detail and finish; were very clean and tidy; and even started early & finished late get the kitchen finished on time.
