A full kitchen refit including appliances. Rory did an excellent job I cannot fault him in any way and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. In my opinion he is a first class joiner.

Chris did a fantastic job of replacing my old fence panels with new one's, price was very fair, it wasn't a straight forward job and he didn't stop until it was perfect, kept me informed every step of the way, cleaned everything up and took away all the old fencing panels, would highly recommend Chris and would not hesitate to use him again for any future work

Honest, genuine, very hard working. Importantly, highly trustworthy. Although a relatively new company they have good skill and detailed knowledge of plumbing tiling carpentry etc. We used Elm property services for a full bathroom renovation and a full cloakroom renovation. We will be using them again and can't recomend them highly enough. Great job. Thank you.

Graham and Dave have completed my job in full and to a really high standard. The quote given was competitive and no unforeseen extras added. They left the work area clean and tidy. I would recommend Cheslett Property Maintenance and I will hopefully be using them soon to complete my project.

Good time keeping and very hard working. Everyday a clean up was carried out at the end of work. I was kept up to date with any promlems that were unforseen. When I was first contacted and the job inspected photographs were shown to me of the problems and what the solutions were and materials to be use. The finished job looks good and well done. Mark did a range of work for of us, none of which were easy jobs, but all of them were completed to a high standard. Mark has a keen eye for detail and his experience means he was able to offer functional solutions to solve our joinery related issues. Mark did a range of work from fitting a new double door frame and casing to hanging the doors, fitting a range of door furniture throughout the house and filling in 2 gaps in our floor boards where walls had been removed. Would highly recommend.

Proper nice people. Two turned up for the job which 2 people were needed for. I loved the way they got on together. Singing , laughing and joking. Exactly how it should be. Did a great job. Professional and respectful. If any other jobs need doing I wouldn't hesitate to hire these guys.

A quick, efficient and well priced job that involved adjusting dropped exterior PVC doors and replacing a window lock. I would definitely recommend Scott and I would use him again in future,
