Archie was fantastic. He deserves the five stars given. Not only did he come in at the budget provided, but communicated several times and promptly on text and email. He arrived on time and even though we had supplied him with what a keylock company had said we needed - it was wrong - he went out and got the correct locks that were needed for the job and never charged extra or anything. He sent us an invoice after the job and we paid him. Simple. What a joy to get 5 star service in the current climate.

AF Building&Maintenance Ltd was formed in 2015 by Arek Fleszer, who has 22 years experience in the construction industry. It is a small, friendly and thriving company. We have completed a number of contracts with various multinational and local companies.
Arek gave us a fair quote and worked with us for a suitable start date. Arek, Kris and Gutek were lovely, friendly and polite. Nothing was too much trouble and did a fantastic job of the work we needed doing even going beyond to ensure a good finish. Absolute pleasure to have them here for 7-8 weeks. Trustworthy, professional and clean. Would absolutely recommend Arek and his team. We'll certainly be asking him back when we have the garden to do. 5*
The guys were competitive with their pricing, quick to respond to questions and arrived as scheduled on time and did a great job. They worked really hard and got the jobs done in really good time. Excellent all round,2 external doors and one frame replaced and painted. Vasile and co worked really hard and did an excellent job fitting locks and new handles. Look lovely. Did such a good job,I asked them to replace the 2 windows on outbuildings ,wood frames rotten so replace and painted using existing glass. Very good quotes for both. Will definitely contact them in the future.
