Mel was the locksmith. He turned up slightly early. I like that, saves wondering if anyone will turn up. Confirmed by text on the day prior to visit. Fitted the lock and asked me to test it. It worked fine, and he left. I couldn't really ask for more.

Marius and his team are fantastic. They are highly proficient across all the building disciplines so don't need to sub contract out any of the work, This means that the project runs incredibly smoothly and at a very competitive budget. Decorator subsequently had difficulty removing the silicone sealant fixing new sink to old tiles. Would have been good for the two tradespeople to have spoken. I did provide telephone numbers but no direct instruction to liaise. I was supervising this job remotely as it was in a private room of a care home. Staff found Ben very good working in this situation. Good job. Pleased with result.
