We needed a cleaner for a couple of hours every other week. Sue came out to see us first asking us what we needed doing etc, quoted us for the job. We got her in straight away (today) and shes done a terrific job for us. Shell be coming back every other week for us. Came to fit a new shower tray and enclosure 19/12 and fit a lintel over a fire which was done well.However the shower we found 2 days after, due to waiting for sealant to dry, is unusable as the water does not drain away and floods the floor, also the tiles they put on around the shower fell off the wall as they were not stuck on properly before grout. I had paid them the day the job was done .I asked Paul to rectify it and he said he would on 31/12,then didn't attend & told me to get another plumber !

We agreed a date and time and when he was held up, he contacted me to let me know and attended as soon as he could. Extremely unprofessional and ignorant. They accepted my job on here, but apart from one message they send me on chat thing, then they not been in contact since. I can see they've read all 5 of my messages I sent to them, and ignored every one. They accept my job and then been out of contact and ignore all my messages on chat which show as read. So now I have to re list my job on here and start again. Which they are at fault for. Avoid this ignorant unprofessional person.
Matthew gave a reasonable price for the work and advised us about options which we hadn't previously considered. He communicated well when he had to rearrange his fitting date, and then was prompt with bus work. Efficient and tidy in his work.
