They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. I would highly recommend London Builders.

Nik team did a fantastic job with replastering water damaged walls and re-grouted my shower room. They even attached a new ceiling light fitting for me, complimentary as a new customer. The work was done in good time, communication via watsapp was impeccable. and prices/quotes were competitive. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family and will be using them again. Hi, we recently had Florin and his team do some work on my Mum’s garden. He has done an incredible job and we are so pleased with his work. Andreas & Vladimiros quoted me exactly as I estimated for my toilet and bathroom jobs. Despite cheaper quotes, I trusted this father-son duo—they reminded me of my own dad. Thank you for your response. With regard to budget the category "up to £100" is the lowest limit one can specify on this site, with regard to VAT there was never any suggestion that this should not be paid. My husband accepted and paid your bill at the time it is only subsequently that we have found out from others that this was an excessive amount to be charged for this work. Our mistake was not getting a number of quotes before instructing you to do the work. We will not make this mistake again.

After initially posting for a small garden job at home, instead spontaneously requesting a quote to inspect the condition of a roof on a commercial property. Jesse recommended installing replacement rain goods. These works led to the discovery of a serious issue, that he and his team were immediately able to address, using incredibly high standards of workmanship, culminating in a substantial roof upgrade. Jesse and his team were professional, courteous and extremely tidy. I am delighted with the outcome.

Oli is superb. Tidy, conscious, and adaptable. He stripped out the plasterboard walls and studwork in our home prior to remodelling. He worked quickly and confidently and respected our home. Whilst stripping out he came across some asbestos and he dealt with it appropriately, contacting an asbestos registered colleague and bagging it up and safety removing it at a very reasonable cost. We plan on using him again soon
