Good job done, no mention of extra charge despite job taking longer than anticipated. Cleaned up after himself and stayed until 7.20 to get the job done same day. Came a day later than initially agreed but wasn't a problem at our end and he gave me a text to let me know well in advance that he had been delayed at a previous job.

Someone came straight away to give an estimate and then came the following day to do the job. Came on time and worked solidly until job was completed. My bathroom hasn't been as clean since the day it was fitted. They offered an extra to the job as booked which was something I was happy to pay a little extra for but there was no pressure. I will use this firm again.

Absolute professional. Goes above and beyond. Originally asked him to panel and paint my living room. However he did such a good job that I also asked him to continue with my hallway, stairs and dining room. I would thoroughly recommend his work. So disappointed, completely unreliable. Answered the phone fine to get the job but once appointed it always went to voicemail with no-one returning messages. Didn't always show up. Ran out of time and missed some important items (toilet, bins) but cleaned completely unnecessary ones (removed pictures and cleaned behind them). What they did clean they cleaned well but dealing with the company was just too frustrating to continue.

Came to fit a new shower tray and enclosure 19/12 and fit a lintel over a fire which was done well.However the shower we found 2 days after, due to waiting for sealant to dry, is unusable as the water does not drain away and floods the floor, also the tiles they put on around the shower fell off the wall as they were not stuck on properly before grout. I had paid them the day the job was done .I asked Paul to rectify it and he said he would on 31/12,then didn't attend & told me to get another plumber !

Daniel had a difficult job trying to paint our ceilings white(4 off) because of the different existing colours but he kept coming back to recoat them until we were both happy. He is a grand lad, very cheerful and helpful.

Does anyone know whether Andrew is ok? I paid him to do a job for me and despite some setbacks (he fell ill, then his son fell ill, then they had a family holiday) I thought we were set to go. I have not heard from him for two weeks and am becoming concerned

Robert Heilds came to give me an estimate. He was clear about what was necessary and gave me a fixed price for the job. We agreed a date and time and when he was held up, he contacted me to let me know and attended as soon as he could. The job was completed as I expected and he told me to get in touch if I had any subsequent problems. No problems so fae!

Great bunch of lads. Paul came round to quote within a couple of days, fair price, tradesmen all professional, respectful, tidy and communication great! Have already asked them to do more work for me. Definitely recommend.

Not happy she just skimmed over and didnt clean properly ...just wiped out fridge .....hoovered .......also she didnt say in advance she charges 2 quid extra for using own stuff when I have tons under my sink ......dont want her anymore Joseph Kirby
