Tony got in touch to price the job very quickly and I was happy with the quote. Due to a few issues we had rearrange dates a couple of times, however Tony did complete the job on a Sunday to get it done and completed which I thought was great. The work was completed to a really nigh standard and I have asked for info on potential bigger job as I was very happy overall. Would definitely recommend

Very reliable & good quality work - after being told by another tradesman this was going to be an awkward, lot more expensive job we were expecting the worst but the problem was sorted straight away & at a lot less cost! I hired D&N for a deep clean of my 4-bedroom, 3-storey house before new tenants moved in and was thrilled with their service. Their professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. The crew arrived on time, equipped with all necessary tools, and systematically cleaned every corner. Bedrooms, bathrooms, and the kitchen were left immaculate with attention to detail everywhere. D&N exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend them. Great job!!

Brilliant lads, they got my sills back to original stone and they look amazing. Did a really good job even did a few little clean ups for me whilst they was up the ladder. Nothing was too much. Highly recommend. Thankyou lads

Highly experienced and very professional; they were flexible enough to accomodate our tight schedule and were prompt and thorough with their service. We had to change the specs of the job on the day but they were reasonable and managed to do what was required for the same price quoted

Stud wall, light fitting and radiator fitting plus plastering. Very pleased with all the work carried out. Is to a very high standard and completed promptly and tidily. Even put some board back up in in my porch as an added 'freebie' Would definitely recommend. Steve and Debbie M30

Excellent job from Colin. Good quality materials. Professional installation from a guy that really knows his stuff. All for a good price. Someone else, who sent a hard-sell salesman rather than the guy doing the job, wanted £700 more to do the same job. Colin, did this for the right price. Friendly, professional bloke. You can’t go wrong.

Karen is always there when she says she will be. The house is lovely a clean when she leaves and if there is ever anything extra or specific required she is amenable to helping out i.e. this week can you please clean the fridge out? good reliable and trustworthy service

Superb service from start to finish. Express Building Solutions responded to our initial enquiry promptly, Dan called to quote the following day and fitted our gate the day after that. Dan very polite, punctual and helpful - did really good job on our gate and also fitted a small piece of fencing for us (which we hadn't requested in our original enquiry) to match the gate. Excellent all round service, nothing too much trouble, would definitely use again and recommend to anyone.
