Qamil He constructed our loft conversion, which we more than happy with. He paid attention to detail and followed the drawings by the architect precisely.He was always willing to discuss any issues and communicate his next plans for the ongoing work. I was impressed how Amir took the job very quickly - he arrived to work a few hours after seeing the post. He was very friendly and polite and was happy to take the job. However, I really would not recommend him for carpentry work. This was an easy job, where the carpentry was already done and it just needed fitting. He arrived with the wrong tools (had to use mine) and very poorly fitted the cupboards and shelves, to the extent I had to pay another tradesperson to fix the job. The finish was awful.

The job was to cut back a severely overgrown patch of garden. Chris & his team, Adrian & Cosmin, gave me a competitive quote, after coming to visit the site to assess what needed to be done. They started next day and completed the job quickly and to my complete satisfaction. The site was cleaned up & all waste taken away. I will definitely use them again and strongly recommend them.

What a superb craftsman Ian is. He couldn't have been more helpful throughout the work always keeping me informed, checking things as necessary. He did such a wonderful job and the wardrobes are lovely. So many people have commented on how great they look. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use again. Thank you Ian!

RS Property did a brilliant job on my bathroom; very professional and good communication with Roger throughout the project. I gave them a tight timeline and challenging materials and they worked well to get the job finished earlier than expected. They even took my bath and WC back to B&Q when they saw a small crack in them! Would highly recommend RS Property

I had some fencing replaced, some crazy paving taken up and gravel put down and a gate erected by these guys. The work was done to a great standard with minimum fuss and in a timely fashion. They do not use any sub-contractors so you know who you are dealing with throughout the project. The site was left clean and tidy too so I am more than happy to recommend SNC Building and Maintenance Service for similar jobs.

Fouad and his team did a fantastic job of our Victorian gate and fence, replacing a decayed lock and painting the railings to look like new. He also refreshed our outhouse. Super service, polite, efficient and friendly service. We would definitely use again, thanks Fouad and the team!

Excellent all round,did a brilliant job of replacing a very old sink,taps and cupboards.Super nice,efficient and really good workmanship.Going to do a plumbing job for me now. Definitely recommend.
