Came on time, quoted and did the work straight away. Gave me advice on what needed doing and what didn't and provided before and after photos also provided 5 year guarantee for the work. We're very friendly and pleasant to deal with.

Ccb sent me with a formal quote via this site to undertake; leadwork, repair broken rooftiles, put in garage drainage and provide a quote for painting the external wall. The rooftiles were not repaired, others were broken as the leadwork was done. The drainage is incomplete and Chris Cook collected the money for the painting on 7 July and has disappeared with £220>00 which is dishonest.I have made many, many attempts to contact him to return my funds. Dont trust this builder

I've recently used C.B. Building & Roofing Services for a recurring leak on my old roof and have been really impressed with the work Chris has done. He was able to provide me with a genuine quote quickly and was able to arrange a time to do the work that suited us both - even considering the weather! I'll definitely be using him again for a number of future projects we have in mind

Dan responded quickly to my job posting, looked at the job and sent a very reasonable quote on the same day. The work was first class, he did a great job of rebuilding the wall and left the site very clean and tidy. I will definitely be using Dan for any future work of this nature.
