Tom came to skim my son's ceiling but because it had old artex and very uneven he decided to put a false ceiling in, board that and then skim it. The job was posted on 22nd July 2025 and Wade Ellis of Ellis Roofing And Building Ltd responded 2 days later. After a survey, I received a quote on 26th July, which was accepted. A skip arrived on 29th July and the work commenced next day. The job was completed on 1st August. The bricklayer and his female trainee assistant got on with the job without any fuss, and they were very pleasant to deal with. The aim of the project has been delivered and I am very happy with the result. I recommend them. 5 stars!

We were really pleased with the excellent work that was undertaken by JMG. JMG removed the rotted decking and old artificial grass that was in our garden and replaced it with Indian flagstones. They also replaced the garden posts to our fencing and replaced our wooden gate. JMG were reliable, efficient and very hard working. The team were all friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We would definitely use the company again and would recommend them.

Had a quote for a new gate to be installed, while here, we got discussing redoing the driveway in either resin or block paving. Nico suggested just getting it cleaned and treated for now while I decided. The result was amazing!! It looks like a brand new driveway. Highly recommend Nico, nothing was too much trouble to explain or give a demonstration. Ended up not only getting the new gate and fence, driveway cleaned, treated, sanded and sealed but also the back garden treated and cleaned. Fabulous work!

I paid for new roof in 2017 with 25 years warranty. In November 2024 the roof felt apart. I made claim through my insurance company who appointed BVS surveyor to inspect the roof. Insurance claim was declined due to poor workmanship ( insufficient battens, not secureed dry verge, tiles and not enough felt). I asked Roofsmart honour their warranty but they refused saying that I paid cheap and now they charge 10k for new roof but who wants defective roof in the first place Now I need to take legal action.
