I would highly recommend L Hughes Property Maintenance - They replaced my large timber decking area with new deck boards and framing. The work was took a week longer due to unforeseen issues. The Joiners were very skilled and the Team in general were conscientious and determined to getting the job completed despite the weather and other issues that were thrown up. The guy come to see the tree, give me a price but never come back to do the job. Call couple of times, message him, said will come next day but didn't come. After 2 weeks send me a message if still I want to cut the tree, job was done with other company.

Gary’s communication initially was good and we agreed terms and what was needing done. The work that was carried out when he attended was good and he done a good job of it however it was raining on the day and he wasn’t able to apply the weedkiller. Since then I’ve asked him several times to come back and do this and been told he would come on a specific date and hasn’t shown up. He hasn’t been back in touch with me to arrange a date to complete this which is disappointing. Other than this the work was good
