Had a quote for roof repair which included for 1 missing tile, re fitting existing tiles, repairing flashing and gutter cleaning did not accept quote. On advice from another roofer just had the one missing tile replaced since there was no evidence of any leaks inside the loft or 2nd floor ceilings.

I would recommend Andy. He spent time evaluating the job required with a view to looking at less costly but effective options. Most of the time I was out at work, he called everyday when he was leaving to update me on progress. He communicated clearly and so there was no confusion with what the job involved and the final cost. He was also very nice to my dog. Thanks Andy.

At present, our work is still in its early stages, rectifying 90 years worth of previously bodged jobs. The CBA Team have been excellent so far, they arrive on time, work hard and do things the right way. I will be using them again once this project completes.

Came the next day and fixed the leak for me. Done a thorough job and also cleared out the gutters for no additional cost. I am very happy with the service and also sent me photo updates throughout. Would highly recommend.

Dinesh and his colleague were professional and friendly and arrived with the correct tools for the job. They worked incredibly hard to restore my very overgrown garden into a state where I can now happily sit in it again. They also did the front garden and left the front of the house looking very tidy. I can highly recommend this company.

Absolutely brilliant company, I can't rate them highly enough. Kind, considerate, good fun and thoroughly decent guys! They did a fantastic job on what I can only describe as a wasteland of a garden full of tree stumps. I would highly recommend them, their work is excellent, I can't fault them. Reliable, friendly, and quality individual. The work was done within a few hours and it was completed to a high standard. We were given advice and guidance for upkeep and treatment. Simon did a great job for me on my flooring/ skirting and tiling. There were some unexpected costs as i needed more jobs doing and other bits which simon recommended but all was doing in a great way. I would use simon again and will recommend him to others.

John worked extremely hard to fulfil our brief & also had great vision when considering possibilities. He understood our needs and ensured all snagging was carried out before completion. All builders are currently pushed to the limit with supplies and staffing - John managed this to the best of his ability and was always polite, helpful and friendly.

Don’t hesitate to use this company! I needed a contractor to carry out complete renovation works (kitchen, bathroom, replastering, decorating, electrics etc) to a flat in Little Paxton, some 200 miles from where I live. I had no knowledge of any contractors in that area so used RP. Wayne’s price was very competitive and detailed.
