Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. did the job well re shower tray that was leaking. iwas let down by a coupie of other traders , but JozsefBUILDER AND TILING came out said they could do the job quoted me avery reasonable price, .fixed the leaking shower tray and were very efficient and polite would definetly reccomend them and would hire them again

He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. Not a great experience. New shower tray walk in shower fitted for disabled parent. Returned to find a very poor job. Not sealed around the tray, along the trim and sealant on panels at the top missing and incomplete. Black scuff marks left on the ceiling. Root cause identified that the trader uses contractors for some parts and clearly doesn't inspect their work therefore had to withhold payment (although pressured on email to pay) to make sure it was put right. Most rectified I'll complete sealing.
