David was excellent. Communication superb, always replied to emails and texts very promptly. Excellent tiling. Flexible, accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Although he was scheduled to finish as planned at the end of the week and would have done had the taps I ordered had come on time, he came back as soon as the taps were the delivered the following week. Two bathrooms and downstairs loo done and we will be asking David to come back to do our two other bathrooms.

Gentur is very hard working, he doesn't stop. He is full of great ideas and will go out of his way to make sure you are happy. I have had the whole of my back garden brick weaved and he has done a fantastic job, which i'm over the moon with. I'm so pleased that he is coming back in a few weeks to do the front garden. He is friendly, polite, obliging, hard working and his prices are very reasonable. I would certainly recommend Gentur. Not many honest, genuine people like him about. Thank you Gentur.

It was a pleasure to have Sam install our bathroom. Nothing was too much trouble and he even called 2 days before the start date to check all was OK and proceeded to fit a new gate valve to enable me to disconnect the old suite. He also collected bathroom fittings for us to save a 30 mile round trip. He worked hard on the installation to finish it as soon as possible but maintained a very high quality of finish. He made suggestions to improve the final appearance which were very welcome.

The guys were competitive with their pricing, quick to respond to questions and arrived as scheduled on time and did a great job. They worked really hard and got the jobs done in really good time. We are really pleased with the work Miles did for us. He is very professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. He turned up when he said he would, and was finished when he said he would be. Michael was nothing short of amazing! He was friendly and extremely efficient in the work he did, he took pride in his work asking for it to be checked and ensuring I was happy with it before leaving.
