Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Wayne is a very hard worker and produced great results in the flat. Due to distance and other commitments I wasn't able to be on site very much, but he is more than able to get on with the job by himself and is highly trustworthy. The place looks completely transformed. The finish of the plastering and ceilings is especially good.

Phase Electrical DCI did an excellent job installing an Zappi charger. The install was done very neatly and quickly. I can't fault communication either; emails were promptly answered. All in all the best experience I've had not rated people.

This project has been completed over the last 14 months with some major structural complications that we have over come with skill and perseverance. 3 types of retaining walls implemented to help secure the land. Complicated foundations, both in depth and location. 36 pile foundations at a depth of 9 meters. My company can provide a structural engineer, architect, our own in house Gas safe engineer and all the trades to complete your project no matter how small or big. For those that require it we are registered with Advantage Structural Warranty allowing us the ability to offer a 10year structural warranty for new builds. ROOF LEAK AFTER HEAVY RAIN After picking up the job on Rated People Adam attended and within 48 hours provided a broad quote for the work needed, additionally cautioned me as to the possibility of necessary work not immediately apparent at first sight. Adam and his friendly, competent team arrived as arranged, did a good job to roof verges, Ridges, Valleys, replacing tiles and cleaning up the site daily. Three weeks later after more heavy rain and snow my roof is sound. Thank you! Highly commended.
