Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. I recently hired Paul to repair the rotten and broken doors on my shed, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The doors were in rough shape—warped, deteriorating, and barely functional—but he handled the job with real skill and attention to detail. He carefully removed the damaged wood, rebuilt the frames, and installed new panels that look sturdy and clean. The doors now open and close smoothly. He was precise on exactly what work he was going to do, he gave me a reasonable price and he is always polite and clear in his communications. Timekeeping is also something we pride ourselves on so no more waiting all day for a plumber, 95% of 1 hour time slots are kept and if you have an emergency we can be to you within in the hour. No call out charge on top of labour charges for work completed. A fee will be charged for diagnosing leaks and blockages that aren't initially visible and you decide not to go ahead with the work. A fee will also be charged for quotes, refunded off the total price once you go ahead with the work. If you go forward with a different tradesman it becomes non-refundable

Dan did an amazing job installing and removing a washing machine at my second floor flat in Crouch End. He did such an excellent job, provided new fittings for old ones that had perished, single handedly carried the old machine down the stairs?! and completed all works quickly, carefully and for the lowest quote. Mike worked with his son Silas. What a really nice pair. Genuine, polite and got on with the job even though I asked for a few tweaks along the way. Both very old school and worked at their own pace - happy with work carried out and will use them again. Reasonable price too.
