Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Carl was fantastic, he was reasonably priced and did a fantastic job, we had a number of radiators moved as well as a new shower installed. He always kept us in the loop when he was arriving and arrived on time. Very happy with the quality of the work and after sales support. Dave and Andy did I great job of my bathroom refurbishment. Really helpful guys who went out of their way to make sure the bathroom was done how I wanted, including doing several things not originally agreed on (moving towel rail, building a fitted self behind bath, extra light fitting; not small jobs!). Finish looks amazing, tiling is really spot on and they were really friendly. They also did a very good job of tidying up after. Would definitely use again.
